The forum will discuss the work of libraries, archives, and museums in integrating cultural institutions from reunited territories into the cultural space of the Russian Federation. The conference will also focus on projects for preserving and presenting tangible and intangible cultural heritage, the digital transformation of libraries in reunited regions, challenges in training and retraining library professionals. Among the topics of discussion are priorities for the regional network of the Presidential Library and the experiences of national libraries, particularly those of CIS member states, in supporting and facilitating research in libraries across the country.

On September 24-26, 2024, the Presidential Library is hosting the Annual Integration Forum events.
On September 24, 2024, the XI Annual Meeting of Heads of Regional Centers of the Presidential Library will take place at the Presidential Library. Only specialists from the regional centers are invited to attend.
Open sessions of the Annual Integration Forum will take place on September 25-26, 2024. Registration for listeners is open until 12:00, September 19th.
On September 25th, 2024 the XV Scientific and Practical Conference "Cultural Heritage: Integrating Resources in the Digital Space" will be held at the Presidential Library as part of the Forum.
This event will be broadcasted online and recorded.
Registration for speakers is open until September 12th, 12:00.
It is possible to participate in the video conference mode. The organizing committee reserves the right to determine the format of the speaker's presentation at the conference.
On September 26, 2024, the Russian National Library (St. Petersburg, Sadovaya str., 18) will host a remote event as part of the forum - the international scientific and practical roundtable "The National Library - the scientific and methodological center for libraries in the country".
