World history: The exhibition "Alexander Pechersky as a symbol of resistance to fascism" will be open in the Victory Museum in Moscow

May 11, 2018 the Victory Museum (Moscow) hosts a new thematic exhibition "Alexander Pechersky as a symbol of resistance to fascism". The Victory Museum, the Alexander Pechersky Memorial Foundation and the Russian Jewish Congress took part in the work of the exhibition project.

The exhibition is devoted to the uprising in the Sobibor death camp and the decisive role of Soviet prisoners of war in the formation of the anti-fascist underground during the Great Patriotic War.
