International events: Exhibition «Russian language — the language of international communication and friendship in CIS countries” opened at the Russian State Library

The CIS Council of Heads of State has declared the year 2018 the Year of Culture in the CIS countries (Commonwealth of Independent States). Throughout the year the Documents of International Organizations Center of the Russian State Library will be launching a series of thematic exhibitions for the library’s visitors and users to unveil the centuries-long cultural ties of the peoples of the Commonwealth.

On June 6 the Documents of International Organizations Center of the Russian State Library launched an exhibition “Russian Language — the language of international communication and friendship in CIS countries”.
