International events: Photo exhibition, highlighting FIFA World Cup 2018 in Russia, ran in 22 countries

The photo exhibition “Readiness №1”, focused on the preparation for World Cup 2018 in Russia, ran in 22 countries of the world. 

In particular, it was displayed in the cities of Austria, Turkey, Argentina, Spain, Mongolia, Lebanon, Serbia, and the USA. The exhibition was held at fans’ houses, organized in Rossotrudnichestvo offices abroad. 

The exposition displayed pictures, which illustrated the way eleven cities of Russia had prepared and flawlessly held the year’s major sports event. 

The organizers note that the exhibition has attracted great interest everywhere it was displayed. All football fans, who hadn’t come to view the tournament in Russia, could nevertheless feel the festive atmosphere of the first Russian Cup. 

Eleonora Mitrofanova, the Head of Rossotrudnichestvo, stresses that the exposition has become a good opportunity to promote the image of modern Russia.
