Society and Culture: Annual event “Cinema night” to be launched in the cities of Russia

The annual event “Cinema night” in Russia is scheduled for August 25. On that night open cinemas, concert halls, museums and libraries are focusing on a special program. Guests will have a chance to attend lectures, concerts and excursions and watch famous films.

The “Cinema night” event has been organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Cinema Foundation of Russia and “Kultura.RF” portal of the cultural heritage and traditions of Russia. A special project available on Kultura.RF website features highlights of the “Cinema night” in the cities of Russia, interviews with directors and actors, selected films and other materials worthy of notice.
