History of Russia: 10th Anniversary Conference on the History and Culture of Ancient and Modern Russia underway in Yaroslavl

October 19-20, 2018 the Yaroslavl Museum-Reserve is holding the 10th Anniversary Conference (Readings) on the History and Culture of Ancient and Modern Russia.

The 10th Conference on the History and Culture of Ancient and Modern Russia has brought together historians, linguists, philologists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yaroslavl, Perm, Rostov Veliky, Pereyaslavl-Zalessky, Myshkin, scholars and teachers from Belarus, China and France.

Participants of meetings will deliver reports focused on the study of “The Tale of Igor’s Campaign”, scholars will discuss the research into the ancient Russian art and books. Reports on the history and culture of modern Russia will also arouse interest of scholars.
