History and Culture: “Brazhnikov Readings — 2018” “The Feat of Holy Hierarchs in the Russian Church: Images of History in Liturgical Art” currently underway in St. Petersburg

November 6 – 8, 2018 the St. Petersburg State Conservatory is holding the regular Scientific and Creative Symposium “Brazhnikov Readings — 2018”. It has been organized by the St. Petersburg Conservatory Department of Ancient Russian Art of Singing jointly with the National Library of Russia Manuscripts Department.

The program includes scientific meetings, lectures, presentations, poster sessions, a thematic exhibition at the Manuscripts Department of the National Library of Russia and a concert of ancient Russian singing.
