IT and Museums: Russian Museum launched online projects to mark the anniversary of the birth of Kuzma Petrov-Vodkin

The 140th anniversary of the birth of Kuzma Petrov-Vodkin, one of the most prominent artists of the Russian art of the 20th century, was marked on November 5, 2018. Unfairly forgotten, even forbidden, he was a genius of his epoch, while his talent was ahead of the time.

In honour of the anniversary of the birth of Pertov-Vodkin the Russian Museum has opened access to the artist’s digitized paintings and digital-resources, dedicated to his oeuvre.
