Internet and History: Final part of “Maps and Plans of Wars of the Russian Empire in the 18th Century” electronic exhibition now available on the website of the National Library of Russia

The National Library of Russia Maps Department (St. Petersburg) has prepared the final part of the exhibition “Maps and Plans of Wars of the Russian Empire in the 18th century”: The Russo-Turkish Wars (1686–1700, 1735-1739, 1768-1774, 1787-1791), which is a part of “Russia on Maps” electronic project

The National Library of Russia Maps Department holds a remarkably comprehensive and diverse collection of printed maps of Russia. A unique collection is dedicated to Russian lands and events of the Russian history.
