International events: Exhibition “Tajikistan and Russia: The Route to Friendship and Cooperation” launched in Dushanbe

The National Museum of Tajikistan in Dushanbe has staged the historical and documentary exhibition "Tajikistan and Russia: The Route to Friendship and Cooperation”, which highlights the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance signed between the countries 25 years ago. The State Archive of the Russian Federation, which is taking part in the exhibition, has provided a variety of important documents from its collections.

Diplomatic relations between Russia and Tajikistan were established on April 8, 1992. The exposition is divided into 5 major sections, which showcase archival documents, photographs, state decorations, historical exhibits to name just a few.
