Internet and Culture: “Turgenev. Today!” performance to premiere on “Culture. RF” portal

On December 5, 2018 “Culture. RF” is launching a virtual premiere of “Turgenev. Today!” performance — a production of “Theatrical Russia” (Teatralnaya Rossiya) project, which is timed to mark the bicentenary of the writer’s birth. The performance is due at 7 pm MSK.

The performance “Turgenev. Today!”, which is based on memoirs, letters and documents of Ivan Turgenev, his family and friends, sheds light on key episodes in the writer’s life, which had an influence over his world view and oeuvre.
