Society and Youth: Winter Festival of the Russian Schoolchildren Movement is held in Moscow

The 3rd Winter Festival of the Russian Schoolchildren Movement (RSCM) is currently underway in Moscow. The annual event has brought together 1200 schoolchildren from all over the country – the RSCM activists, winners of the national contests and projects.

The closing show of the festival is due on December 20. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin sent a message of welcome to participants of the Annual Winter Festival of the Russian Schoolchildren Movement. Its motto in 2018 is “RSCM Makes Dreams Come True”. The text of the message is available on the Kremlin’s website.
