Internet and Culture: Music Museum presents special online projects about Pyotr Tchaikovsky

Ahead of the 16th International Tchaikovsky Competition, which is due in the summer of 2019, the National Music Museum of Russia (Moscow) is presenting two major online projects “Tchaikovsky Planet”, which is about the composer’s life and oeuvre, and “The International Tchaikovsky Competition. The History”. They are freely downloadable on the museum’s website, and on “Culture.RF” portal.

“Tchaikovsky Planet” project features unique archival documents, which shed light on the composer’s  musical career. The project dedicated to the International Tchaikovsky Competition tells the story of each competition held since 1958.
