Memorial dates of Russia: “Into the Storm” exhibition opens in St. Petersburg to mark the centenary of the birth of Daniil Granin

The exhibition “Into the Storm”, which marks the centenary of the birth of Daniil Granin, will be staged on December 27, 2018 in the Korf Hall, the National Library of Russia (St. Petersburg).

The exhibition casts light on the highlights in Daniil Granin’s biography and the writer’s literary career, which was as long as a whole epoch in the life of the country. The Great Patriotic War,  the Technological Revolution of 1960s – 1970s, the collapse of the Soviet Union – all these events were portrayed in his novels.

The exhibition will run until February 6, 2019.
