Memory of Russia: Exhibition “Novgorod. The Chronicle of Liberation” to open in the Victory Museum in Moscow

On January 16, 2019 the Victory Museum (Moscow) is staging the exhibition “Novgorod. The Chronicle of Liberation”.

The temporary exhibition is timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of liberation of Veliky Novgorod from the Nazi invaders. The project sheds light on one of the most tragic and yet the most heroic pages in the history of Novgorod — the 883-day German occupation of the city.
