Memorial Dates of Russia: Travelling exhibition “Unexpected” in St. Petersburg commemorates A. S. Pushkin’s 220th anniversary of the birth

The travelling exhibition “Unexpected” marking the 220th anniversary of the birth of Alexander Pushkin is opening on January 15, 2019 in the Small Exhibition Hall of the Kirov Central Park (St. Petersburg). On display are around 50 paintings dedicated to Alexander Pushkin by famous scenic artist Igor Shaimardanov. Through the year the exhibition will travel to 5 cities and will be staged in 5 museums.
