IT and History: Documents of the Great Patriotic War to go digital as part of “Preserving the Memory” project

ELAR Corporation has installed ElarScan A2 planetary scanner at Vologda Search Public Organization. “Preserving the Memory” project is funded by the Presidential grant. One of the primary goals of the project is to digitize documents of the Great Patriotic War, which are housed at regional and municipal military registration and enlistment offices.
