World History: An exhibition in St. Petersburg spotlights Rosa Luxemburg

On February 8, 2019 the Plekhanov House (The National Library of Russia, St. Petersburg) is opening an exhibition “While looking for the truth, she wanted to create a reality” (Commemorating the Centenary of Rosa Luxemburg’s Execution), which is part of “Woman and Socialism” series of expositions.

The exposition showcases Rosa Luxemburg’s lifetime publications from G. V. Plekhanov’s Private Library and the Russian Book Collections of the National Library of Russia, as well as articles and books translated into Russian. The exhibition will be open through May 10.
