World Memory: Monument to Vladimir Dal’s dictionary to be erected in Orenburg

A monument to Vladimir Dal’s dictionary will be erected in Orenburg. Orenburg project has been chosen the winning work of “Cultural Trace” All-Russian Contest of Interesting Sights. The new art-object will be erected near the regional library named after N. K. Krupskaya.
