The Year of Theatre in Russia 2019: “Special and Wonderful Theatre” exhibition mounted in Tyumen

The Mendeleev Tyumen Regional Research Library presents an exhibition “Special and Wonderful Theatre”, which is timed to the Year of Theatre in Russia 2019.

The exhibition showcases literature on the history of theater, theatre companies from the capital city and provincial towns, reminiscences and memoirs of theater actors, as well as CDs with theatrical productions, radio drama from the collection of Gosteleradiofond (The State Television and Radio Archive). Talented actors bring to life the plays of Alexander Ostrovsky, Pierre Beaumarchais, tragedies of Shakespeare, comedies of Moliere and many other famous works for listeners.
