Commemorative Dates of Russia: The National Library of Russia stages an exhibition ahead of 210th anniversary of Nikolai Gogol’s birth

The National Library of Russia, New Building (St. Petersburg) presents an exhibition “Theatre is a Stage for Sharing a Lot of Good with the World”. The exhibition is timed to the 210th anniversary of Nikolai Gogol’s birth and the Year of Theatre in Russia and spotlights the writer’s dramatic legacy. Of particular interest are theatre booklets and programmes from different times as well as recordings of audio plays. The exhibition will be open through April 23.
