Museums of Russia: The Naryshkins’ treasure hoard moved to the Tsarskoe Selo Museum

With support of the Ministry of Culture of Russia more than 2,000 items, which were found in a secret room of the Trubetskoy-Naryshkin Mansion in St. Petersburg in March 2012, were transferred to the Tsarskoe Selo State Museum for storage. The rare collection of objects dating from the late 18th – early 20th century has entered the museum’s collections of items containing precious stones and metals.
