Society and Culture: 20th National Numismatics Conference underway in Veliky Novgorod

The 20th National Numismatics Conference is held from April 16 to April 19, 2019 in Veliky Novgorod. The conference is organized by the State Hermitage Museum, the State Historical Museum, the Institute of Archaeology of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Novgorod Museum-Reserve. The largest scientific forum has brought together specialists from different cities of Russia, and also from Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Estonia. The National Numismatics Conference in Russia is the major forum of numismatists.
