Libraries and Society: 22nd International Scientific Conference “Librarianship — 2019. Library in the Digital Environment: Development Trends” underway in Moscow Region

On April 19, 2019 the Moscow State Institute of Culture in Khimki (Moscow Region) is holding a traditional event - The Skvortsov Readings — the 22nd International Scientific Conference “Librarianship — 2019. Library in the Digital Environment: Development Trends”. The сonference is dedicated to 80th anniversary of the birth of its founder — prominent Soviet and Russian library professional, PhD in Pedagogy, Professor Viktor Skvortsov (1939–2005).
