Society and Culture: 3rd Days of the Avant- Garde City Festival underway in Moscow

The 3rd Days of the Avant-Garde City Festival  will take place in Moscow from April 19 to April 26, 2019. The festival will run for eight days offering residents of Moscow day and night tours, lectures, workshops, concerts and performances. The central theme of all the events is “Art and Authority”. The events will be set in landmark avant-garde-era buildings.
