Memory of Russia: “Forgotten Feat – 2nd Shock Army” Military and Historical Festival underway in Novgorod Region

On May 25, 2019 the 7th International Military and Historical Festival “Forgotten Feat – 2nd Shock Army”, which is dedicated to battles fought in April and May of 1942, is held in Tesovo-Netylsky settlement, Novgorod District, Novgorod Region. Organizers have announced that around 500 re-enactors from different regions of Russia, CIS and foreign countries will gather on the battlefield. Interactive exhibitions focused on the daily life of enemy forces on the Volkhov Front will be open all day long.
