Society and Culture: Landscape painting in the Russian art of the 20th-21st centuries in the spotlight of a new exhibition in Magadan

The Moscow Museum of Modern Art (MMOMA) has teamed up with the Territory Festival-School to present the exhibition “Eternal Landscape, Changing Landscape” in the Magadan Regional Local History Museum. It spotlights landscape painting in the Russian art of the 20th-21st centuries.

Works of different artists from the MMOMA collection will become a kind of a guide to the genre of landscape painting. To complement them the exhibition will showcase selected paintings and unique geological exhibits from the extensive collection of the Magadan Regional Local History Museum.
