Peoples of Russia: Exhibition of national costumes “There is Nothing More Beautiful Than Russian Costumes” to kick off in Veliky Novgorod

On June 21, 2019 the Museum and Exhibition Center of the Novgorod Regional House of Folk Art is staging the exhibition of national costumes “There is Nothing More Beautiful Than Russian Costumes” from the collections of the Valdai House of Folk Art.

The exhibition presents traditional national costumes dating from the late 19th – early 20th centuries. Modern clothes inspired by the folk tradition are also on display. The exhibition will run until August 24, 2019.
