Museums and Society: Visitor Centre of Vladivostok Fortress Museum-Reserve to open its doors as part of the Eastern Economic Forum

At the meeting dedicated to the activities of the Vladivostok Fortress State Museum-Reserve, Vladislav Kononov, Director of the Museum Department of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, announced that the Visitor Centre of the Vladivostok Fortress Museum-Reserve and one of its forts will be opened within the Eastern Economic Forum on September 4-6, 2019.

The Visitor Centre will be located in one of the buildings of the Arsenyev Primorye Museum. The exposition covering 250 square meters will showcase items related to the history of the Vladivostok Fortress. This will be the first full-fledged museum exhibition focused on this topic.
