Commemorative Dates of Russia: Exhibition marking the 120th anniversary of Andrei Platonov’s birth to kick off in Moscow

The exhibition “Soviet Hamlet”. Third Act. Andrei Platonov” is opening on August 4, 2019 in the Boris Pasternak House-Museum (Peredelkino, Moscow). The exhibition is devoted to the 120th anniversary of the writer’s birth.

The exhibition is part of the series of expositions “Soviet Hamlet”, which is focused on lives of Soviet writers. In the spotlight of the first two acts of the exhibition were Yevgeny Zamyatin, famous author of the dystopian novel We, and playwright Alexander Afinogenov.
