History and Culture: Exhibition “V. D. Polenov “The Life of Christ” staged in Komsomolsk-on-Amur

The Komsomolsk-on-Amur Museum of Fine Arts invites visitors to explore an exhibition of works (posters) by Vasily Polenov - the renowned Russian artist, master of landscape and genre painting, member of the famous Society for Travelling Art Exhibitions (‘Peredvizhniki’, or ‘The Wanderers’). The Polenov State Memorial Museum-Reserve (Tula Region) has organized a travelling exhibition, which showcases 30 posters of paintings on Biblical themes created by the famous artist.

The exhibition will run until September 29, 2019.
