History of Russia Abroad: The Moscow Kremlin Museums to mount the exhibition “Russian Court Ceremony” in Beijing

On August 23, 2019 the Moscow Kremlin Museums are mounting the unique exhibition “Russian Court Ceremony” in the Palace Museum (Gugong) in the capital city of China.

It is for the first time that the Moscow Kremlin Museums have provided such a great amount of pieces from its collection abroad. There are 150 exhibits on display. Ceremonies connected with the enthronement of Russian monarchs in the 18th-19th centuries are in the spotlight of the exhibition.
