Year of the Theatre in Russia 2019: Exhibition “Kustodiev and Theatre. Unfulfilled Plans” to open in Astrakhan

On August 30, 2019 the Astrakhan Drama Theatre is presenting the exhibition “Kustodiev and Theatre. Unfulfilled Plans”. The project organized by the Bakhrushin Theatre Museum is dedicated to the theatrical artistic heritage of Boris Kustodiev.  

Exhibits, which include sketches of stage sets for performances and theatrical costumes made by Boris Kustodiev, will be on display in the theatre lounge of the Astrakhan Drama Theatre until the grand opening of the 210th anniversary season.

The exhibition will be open until October 15, 2019.
