Science and Society: NAUKA 0+ National Science Festival launched in regions of Russia

Moscow Science Festival will take place October 11 – 13, 2019 as part of NAUKA 0+ National Science Festival. In 2019 the festival is dedicated to the Periodic law of chemical elements, which was discovered by the great Russian scientist Dmitry Mendeleev 150 years ago.

Science festivals are intended for a wide audience. Moscow State University was the initiator of science festivals in Russia. Russia’s first science festival was held at Moscow State University in 2006 at the initiative of its rector, academician V. A. Sadovnichiy.
