Monuments of Book Culture: Exhibition and presentation of the “Ivanov and the Bible” project underway at the Russian State Library

The exhibition “The Most Important of All Books”, which is a presentation of the future project “Ivanov and the Bible” – a collaboration between the Russian State Library and the State Tretyakov Gallery, will be open in the Rumyantsev Hall of the Pashkov House (the Russian State Library) October 12 – 18, 2019.

A large-scale exhibition project of the Russian State Library and the State Tretyakov Gallery under the title “Ivanov and the Bible” will be held in 2021 at the Russian State Library. The project is intended to present Alexander Ivanov’s unique piece of work – the Biblical Sketches.
