Libraries and Society: Annual Meeting of Heads of Federal and Central Regional Libraries of Russia to be held in Moscow

The Annual Meeting of Heads of Federal and Central Regional Libraries of Russia will be held on October 22–23, 2019 in Moscow. The meeting is organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Russian State Library and the National Library of Russia.

The main theme of the meeting is ““Culture” National Project as a New Stage in the Development of Libraries”.

The program of the meeting features a plenary session and roundtable discussions, as well as an awards ceremony of the 3rd National Library Innovations Contest, which is organized by the Russian State Library.
