International events: International Peter the Great Congress “Russia and Germany During the Epoch of Peter the Great” to take place in Berlin

The 13th International Peter the Great Congress “Russia and Germany During the Epoch of Peter the Great: Historical and Cultural Relations” will be held October 24-25, 2019 in Berlin. The opening ceremony of the congress will take place on October 24 at the Russian House of Science and Culture in Berlin.

Famous historians and culture professionals from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kaliningrad, Berlin, Dresden, Munich, Mainz, Aachen, Antwerp, Barcelona, Warsaw, Vienna, Groningen, Milan, Paris will become speakers at plenary sessions.

The Peter the Great Congress in Berlin is held within the Russian Seasons-2019 International Cultural Festival under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Russian Embassy in Germany, and the St. Petersburg Committee for Culture.
