On October 30, 2019 the Popov Central Museum of Communications (St. Petersburg) is mounting the exhibition “Signal Communications: History and New Challenges” to commemorate the centenary of signal troops.
Russian signal troops were established on October 20, 1919. Today the Signal Troops’ Day is celebrated annually on October 20. The exhibition showcases communications devices used in the past, as well as modern equipment, photographs and first-hand accounts.
The exhibition will be open until November 27, 2019.
