IT and Culture: Three virtual concert halls to be inaugurated simultaneously in Novgorod Region

Three virtual concert halls will be inaugurated in Novgorod Region on November 15, 2019. The inauguration ceremony will be held at the Arensky Novgorod Regional Philharmonic Hall. Via teleconferencing it will be broadcast simultaneously at Pestovo and Kholm. All the necessary multimedia equipment has been already purchased and installed there.

The project “National Virtual Concert Hall” is being implemented in the region as part of the “Culture” National Project.
