Internet and Society: World’s Internet users pass the 4 billion mark

On November 5, 2019 the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) published its report under the title Measuring Digital Development: Facts and Figures 2019 (Geneva). According to the report, over 53 per cent of the world’s population, or estimated 4.1 billion people, use Internet. It reflects a 5.3 percent increase compared with 2018.
