Society and Book Culture: Results of a book donation campaign devoted to Dostoevsky summed up in Staraya Russa

The results of “A Book for the Town of Dostoevsky” campaign were summarized on November 11, 2019 in Staraya Russa (Novgorod Region).

The book donation and educational project was launched by journalists of Rossiyskaya Gazeta and Staraya Russa newspaper a year ago with the support of Zvezda magazine in commemoration of the bicentenary of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s birth, which will be marked in 2021.

Many distinguished guests, artists and journalists from Moscow, arrived at Staraya Russa on the eve of the anniversary of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s birth, which coincides with the birthday of Rossiyskaya Gazeta - November 11.
