A special educational project under the title “Russian Weapons – The Centenary of Mikhail Kalashnikov’s Birth” is launched on the Internet to mark the 100th anniversary of Mikhail Kalashnikov’s birth.

November 10, 2019 marked the 100th anniversary of Mikhail Kalashnikov’s birth. Commemorative events designed to attract attention to the personality of the prominent weapons designer and preserve memory of his achievements will be held in Russia and abroad through the year.
