Commemorative dates in Russia: Exhibition marking centenary of birth of weapons designer M. T. Kalashnikov presented at Pulkovo Airport

An exhibition of historical photographs, which spotlight the life of the Russian weapons designer M. T. Kalashnikov, is staged at the Pulkovo Airport’s departure lounge for passengers of international flights. The exposition is timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the birth of the legendary weapons designer. It will be open through November 2019.

The exhibition will acquaint passengers of the Pulkovo Airport with the history of weapons and stages of life of the prominent weapons designer.
