Society and Reading: The Russian State Children’s Library to host the 3rd National Festival of Reading Promotion Programs for Children

On November 22–23, 2019 the Russian State Children’s Library (Moscow) will host the 3rd National Festival of Reading Promotion Programs for Children, which is organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

The program of the festival features more than 25 workshops, which will be held by librarians, teachers, educational specialists, psychologists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tomsk, Yekaterinburg, Surgut, Penza, Ulyanovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Veliky Novgorod, Ivanovo and Kamensk-Uralsky (Sverdlovsk Region).
