Society and Book Culture: Hermitage Museum presents “Livre d’artiste: From Pierre Bonnard to Andy Warhol” exhibition

Publications, which were illustrated by the greatest masters of the 20th century are now on display in the General Staff Building of the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg. A new exposition is entitled “Livre d’artiste: From Pierre Bonnard to Andy Warhol”.

Museum’s treasures include books, which were illustrated by Matisse, Chagall and Picasso. A total of 28 legendary names entered the book under the title One-Cent Life.
