Year of Theatre in Russia 2019: “The Theatre Saga” exhibition staged in Chita

“The Theatre Saga” exhibition will be open at the Kuznetsov Trans-Baikal Local History Museum (Chita, Trans-Baikal Territory) until December 31, 2019.

The exhibition, which is co-organized by the Trans-Baikal Regional Drama Theatre, spotlights the history, stages of the development of the Trans-Baikal theatre. The history comes to life as we look at old bills, rare photographs from the collections of the Trans-Baikal Local History Museum and the Drama Theatre, which show the performance of famous and forgotten actors of the past, and stage props, which were used by actors of past productions. Visitors can also learn about modern famous theatre professionals.
