Libraries of Russia: “The Library Against a Background of Children’s Literature” exhibition marking 50th anniversary of the Russian State Children’s Library to open in Moscow

On December 6, 2019 the Russian State Children’s Library (Moscow) is presenting the exhibition “The Library Against a Background of Children’s Literature”, which is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Russian State Children’s Library.

On display are photographs, autographed books by writers and illustrators, more than 80 original works by illustrators and other exhibits, which trace the history of the Russian State Children’s Library from a small library on Dmitry Ulyanov Street to one of the world’s largest children's libraries and the national center of children's literature and reading.
