Internet and Regions of Russia: Pskov Regional Library’s “Pskov Fridays. Old Houses” media project on local history wins an award of Pskov Region Administration

An awards ceremony of the Pskov Region Administration took place on December 4, 2019 in Pskov. This award recognizes best works in the fields of culture and art, architecture, journalism, and cultural heritage preservation. The Pskov Regional Research Library received the award for its “Pskov Fridays. Old Houses” media project dedicated to local history.  

As part of the project the materials on architectural and historical heritage sites with relevant links to library collections (primarily to Pskoviana full-text digital library) are regularly published on the library’s local history portal.
