The exhibition “Alexander III. Emperor and Art Collector” will be staged at St Michael’s Castle (the State Russian Museum, St. Petersburg) on February 12, 2020.

The 175th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Alexander III will be marked on February 26, 2020. The museum was founded in April 1895 and was named after the emperor. His collections formed the basis of the holdings of the Russian Museum of His Imperial Majesty Alexander III.
