The “Commemorating Herzen” exhibition, marking the 150th anniversary from the death of a writer, philosopher, and public figure is to open in the A. I. Herzen’s House Museum in Moscow on January 23, 2020.

The first and unique A. I. Herzen’s House Museum was established on April 6, 1976. In 2012, the museum reached a new scientific, research, innovative level after a major restoration of the building.

The exhibition features genuine items from the collections of the V. I. Dahl State Museum of the History of Russian Literature. The exhibition is part of the permanent exposition of the A. I. Herzen’s House Museum entitled “Alexander Herzen. Life and Fate”.
